Data deletion

You can remove CEO Hero's access to any account, and have everything we hold from it deleted, at any time.

1. Remove one account yourself (instant)

1. Open the CEO Hero app (or investments.ceohero.com) and go to Settings → Connections (on iPhone: More → Connected accounts).
2. Tap Remove next to the account, then tap again to confirm.

The account's access tokens, name, handle and picture are deleted immediately, and we can no longer post to it or read from it.

2. Remove access from the platform

• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove CEO Hero. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions.
• Google / YouTube / Business Profile / Google Ads: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
• TikTok: Settings → Security and permissions → Apps and services.
• Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps.
• Bluesky: Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords → delete ours.

When Facebook tells us you removed the app, we automatically delete every Facebook, Instagram and Meta-ads connection made with that login.

3. Delete everything

Email support@ceohero.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your data. We delete your connections, stored tokens, performance data, post history and uploaded media within 30 days (normally the same day) and confirm by email. We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example accounting records) and the record that you asked for deletion.
