These terms govern your use of the CEO Hero client application at investments.ceohero.com and the CEO Hero iOS app (the "App"), provided by CEO Hero ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them.
The App is the client portal for CEO Hero's marketing and bookkeeping services. It lets you view your business finances, message our team, send us content, connect your social media and advertising accounts, publish posts to those accounts, and see how your marketing performs.
Don't use the App to publish anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful or spam; to access accounts you don't control; or to interfere with the App's security or other clients' data.
You keep ownership of your content and data. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and publish it to deliver the service. How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the App available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Figures shown come from third-party platforms and banks and may be delayed or revised by them. We may update the App and these terms; material changes will be shown in the App.
To the extent the law allows, CEO Hero is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages or decisions made by third-party platforms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the App and ask us to delete your data at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
